Who we are

VibeSpotter is operated by Puente Digital Ltd, the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact form or by post at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

What we collect and why

• Waitlist: your email and whether you're a builder or a senior engineer, to invite you to the beta (legitimate interests). We only send beta and product updates; every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Account: email, display name, profile details you choose to add, to run your account and the marketplace (contract).
• Sessions: briefs, AI transcripts, code diffs, review comments and sign-offs you or your spotter submit. These form the session record, used to deliver the service, keep quality up and resolve disputes (contract and legitimate interests). Only the two people in the session (and VibeSpotter when handling a dispute) can see them. Don't upload secrets or other people's personal data you don't have the right to share.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see full card details. Spotters' identity and bank details are collected by Stripe for payouts.
• Tax reporting: UK law requires digital platforms to report spotters' earnings to HMRC, so we may ask spotters for tax details.

Who we share it with

Our processors: Supabase (database and sign-in, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data until you unsubscribe or the beta ends. Account and session records for as long as your account is open plus 2 years, or longer where tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, using our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
